The Jacksonville Jaguars are getting their butts handed to them by the Detroit Lions. Ball game at halftime is 23-6, bad men. To make matters worse, Jacksonville’s franchise quarterback suffered a lower-body injury as the 2nd quarter clock ended.
The play can be enjoyed here by anybody who wants to see the injury (somewhat gruesome).
Lawrence’s left ankle got twisted severely as he was sacked by Justin Houston– bad adequate to possibly trigger long-lasting issues. Lawrence was wringing on the ground after the play.
! There’s great news too. Backup quarterback C.J. Beathard beginning heating up on the sideline prior to the start of the 3rd quarter, however Lawrence rapidly followed out of the locker space.

And now Trevor Lawrence is back in the video game! Perhaps the group could/should have actually kept their quarterback of the future out, comparable to Travis Etienne following his own twisted ankle recently. Lawrence is now back in as Jacksonville tracks Detroit by 24 points. (*).
