Authorities in Butler County are searching for a person accused of animal abuse that was caught on digicam.
On Jan. 24, a person chased a cat into Indian Springs Apartment Complex in Hamilton.

Video shared throughout a web based press briefing with Butler County Sheriff Richard Okay. Jones confirmed the person put the cat in a white trash bag after which slam the bag to the bottom.
Jones stated the cat was dumped within the bag behind the building, however was discovered alive by the canine warden. The cat sustained a fractured pelvis and fractured backbone from the incident and needed to be euthanized.
“This is ridiculous. We’re not that kind of people,” Jones stated.
