The Sheffield Cats Shelter has opened its latest charity store on Crookes Road to assist extra cats and kittens in want throughout the town. 

The store was formally unveiled with a ribbon chopping on Thursday twenty second February at midday by the charity’s patron, former Dancing On Ice star and Sheffield-born cat lover Frankie Seaman.

Sarah Smith, Charity Manager for The Sheffield Cats Shelter mentioned:  “As a small, however old, charity we obtain no funding from the federal government, so we’re fully reliant on the generosity of cat lovers throughout Sheffield and past. 

“Our two retailers at Hillsborough and Ecclesall Road are a serious supply of revenue for us, so we’re delighted to be opening a 3rd Sheffield Cats Shelter charity store in Broomhill!’’

In recent years, Sheffield has seen a pointy rise within the variety of folks trying to rehome their felines, in addition to a rise within the variety of them being deserted.
