If you’re questioning why your gardening gloves and socks are lacking, Cerelia Howarth’s cat, Indi, would be the reply you’re in search of.

The three-year old ragdoll cat within the Nelson suburb of Stoke has been stealing issues for Howarth since she was one and half years old.

“Her stash is a bit out of control,” Howarth mentioned.

She’s needed to throw out unclaimed old socks Indi has introduced home, and it doesn’t matter what they’ve tried to cease her thieving habits, nothing has labored.

“All the older people, like who she’s actually stealing from, might be able to contact [me] because yeah, I’ve thrown out a lot of socks over time.”

Howarth mentioned Indi simply began stealing someday.

In their earlier home, Indi had by no means stolen a factor, and it was solely after they moved and Howarth moved in along with her associate that the gardening gloves began showing.

“That’s definitely her favourite things; socks and gloves.”

But just lately, Howarth mentioned she has been bringing in birds too.

Howarth mentioned when cats deliver you ‘presents’, it’s as a result of they’re attempting to offer for you. And it is much more widespread for cats to deliver presents when somebody is pregnant.

The drawback is, Indi has acquired worse.

Living on a shared driveway, Howarth mentioned there are “specific socks and gloves” that she is aware of “exactly” who the house owners are … however Indi is a repeat offender.

Despite the thieving, Howarth loves Indi and is a registered breeder of ragdoll cats, specialising in Blue Point and Lilac Ragdolls. Her business, The Meow Meow Crew, will be discovered on Facebook and Instagram.
