A video distributed online revealing an individual presumed to be from Hong Kong was captured trying to take a cat in Manchester in the UK. He was eliminated by the authorities after the occurrence.
The video, launched last Sunday (Aug 13) by the cat owner, revealed a man roaming around his house and trying to feed his family pet cat. When the cat got better, the man was seen attempting to put the cat into a black bag, however the cat handled to flee.
Later, the cat owner faced the man at a junk food store where he worked, with another coworker questioning him if he attempted to take the cat.
The man explained that he was just attempting to feed the cat. He then got concerned and asked his coworker in Cantonese how to explain the occurrence to the authorities or if he needed to be imprisoned.
The man was later on eliminated by the policeman. It was uncertain whether he was charged.
After the video was published, web users slammed the man, stating they were providing a bad track record to individuals in Hong Kong, and informed him to purchase or adopt cats if he desired them.
Some advised individuals from Hong Kong who emigrated to the UK that cats you see on the streets are not constantly roaming cats, as the owners choose to let them stroll instead of trapping them in their houses.
