Darren The One Eyed Cat is our Barrel Aged Grape Ale made with red white wine grapes. You may keep in mind in 2015’s variation, which was made with County-grown Malbec. We’ve changed things up this year and we’re providing you 2 unique versions of Darren.
For this very first version, we rested a choose mix of 18 month old barrel aged beer on an entire lot of County-grown Pinot Noir skins from our buddies at Rosehall Run’s 2022 harvest. After conditioning in the bottle for another 6 months, we now have a ruby red, cherry blaster-y, spritzy summer season sipper.
