Britain’s Got Talent audiences were left puzzled by a CGI animation of a singing cat auditioning on the program.
The judges, consisting of Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden, were seen talking to Noodle the cat when it ‘appeared’ on phase with a microphone stand at the auditions at the London Palladium.
When Noodle burst into tune, carrying out Nina Simone’s Feeling Good with a strong male voice, the audience were all revealed gasping with surprise prior to the judges put the cat through the next round.
Animal-caring judge Cowell said: “I constantly said ‘One year a singing animal would win Britain’s Got Talent.’ I didn’t always think it. I never ever believed I would one day be speaking with a cat stating I liked your singing voice. But I am. And I believe Noodle, you perhaps might win the program.”

But lots of audiences were baffled by the audition, with lots of asking if the audience and judges had actually even had the ability to see the animation revealed on the television broadcast..
