A kitten named Lotus appeared on the Max collection “And Just Like That…,” as protagonist Carrie Bradshaw’s pet. In the episode “The Last Supper Part One: Appetizer” aired on Aug. 17, Carrie, performed by Sarah Jessica Parker, takes in a kitten named Shoe that is given to her by Che Diaz (performed by Sara Ramírez).
“And Just Like That…” is a revival of the 1998 HBO present “Sex and the City,” which was based mostly on a column-turned-book that Connecticut native Candace Bushnell wrote for the New York Observer within the Nineteen Nineties.
Parker posted the kitten on Instagram on Tuesday, saying he and his siblings had been rescued as newborns by the Connecticut Humane Society. She and her husband, actor Matthew Broderick, adopted Lotus in April 2023, and he joins their two different cats.
The shelter shared further particulars about Lotus on social media with the caption, “Some pets get actually thrilling foster properties whereas they’re right here on the Connecticut Humane Society. Lotus ended up on TV after an animal-training business reached out to the Connecticut Humane Society. William Berloni Theatrical Animals, which trains animals for movie, tv and print, labored with the present’s manufacturing crew.
