Audio sitcom Cat/Person, a collection of overheard conversations between a damaged man Matthew (Chris Heath) and Hobson (Sue Vincent), his sarcastic, egocentric, sociopathic rescue cat, is to be developed right into a TV collection.
Saffron Cherry Productions (The Madame Blanc Mysteries), has secured the TV rights for Chris Heath’s (The World According to Grandpa) audio sitcom.
The announcement comes as brand-new episodes of the audio sitcom are set to be launched weekly on all main podcast platforms, beginning this week, whereas plans for a Cat/Person reside present are underway.
Cat/Person precisely and hilariously encapsulates the form of relentless emotional hazing that cats like to lavish on their eager-to-please ‘owners’. After a visit to the native Animal Shelter, Matthew chooses Hobson, a rescue cat performed by Sue Vincent (The Madame Blanc Mysteries, Alma’s Not Normal, Blindspot). In every episode, we shall be aware of a collection of conversations between human and cat, as Matthew tries his greatest to navigate his new life as a close to shut-in, with Hobson conveniently on-hand to level out simply how badly he’s doing at this.
