WASHINGTON– The Saudi Arabian Cultural Objective (SACM) to the United States of America took part in the 2nd edition of the worldwide “Cat Stroll” effort, which is arranged by the Catmosphere Company.
The march of SACM personnel and male and female trainees on scholarships, with the involvement of the cultural attaché at the Kingdom’s embassy to the United States, Dr. Fawzi Bukhari, began with the head office of SACM in Virginia to the effort’s head office backward and forward, in order to raise awareness and motivate the preservation of wild felines.
This involvement intends to support the defense of 40 types of wild felines that are threatened, and to advise the world of the value to save them in their natural surroundings. The occasion likewise intends to raise awareness of the value of saving threatened wild felines all over the world.
Saudi Ambassador to the United States Princess Reema Bint Bandar Bin Sultan introduced in 2020 a non-profit company called “Catmosphere”, with the objective of saving the life of wild felines, consisting of the “Arabian leopard” and securing their natural life cycle.
