Join us on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. for a Contract Action Team (CAT) assembly to assist plan the following steps for our LA City contract combat.
We’ll talk about a launch video for the marketing campaign, and plan a name to motion for members to maintain the momentum alive from our historic one-day unfair labor apply strike in early August.
For this marketing campaign, we’ve strengthened and expanded our groundbreaking FIX LA Alliance that we established in 2014 to incorporate over 30 group teams and union companions able to combat and win for the City of LA. We plan to discount for the widespread good — successful advantages for City Workers, whereas additionally enhancing wages and increasing reasonably priced housing and tenant rights for all Angelenos.
We’ll talk about all this and extra on the CAT assembly.
Remember: Victories don’t come on the bargaining desk or behind closed doorways. They are gained within the streets with members and communities taking motion.
