When rescuers from Animal Haven got word about Stratus’ circumstance, they hurried to help. Stratus’ owner was overwhelmed with the variety of cats in his home and had actually called the rescue for help.

Rescuers took Stratus and her kittens back to Animal Haven, where the entire family got needed treatment.
Stratus and her kittens will remain at Animal Haven till the infants are old sufficient to be rehomed, at which point, all of them will be trying to find their permanently households.
Kirkman takes pride in Stratus and happy that her family is lastly living the life they should have.
“Stratus is a wonderful mom,” Kirkman said. “She [and] her babies are all cozy and happy.”
