A household in Ramsgate is urging individuals to be vigilant after their young cat was ‘hit, burned and smothered with spray paint.’
Jordan Mitchell, 18, her 5 siblings and mum Danielle, who reside within the Whitehall space of Ramsgate, say they’re now contemplating retaining their cats indoors following the attack.
