MORGANTOWN, W.Va (WDTV) – Officials in Monongalia County state rabies has actually been discovered in a feral cat nest in Morgantown.
The Monongalia County Health Department says on Facebook the feral cat nest lies on Distributor Drive off of Green Bag Road.
