MERIDEN, CT (WFSB) – Meriden cops discovered a kitten in a taken vehicle that was utilized in a criminal offense spree recently.
Police said they are attempting to reunite the kitten with its owner.
Several suspects, consisting of teenagers, were detained last Thursday after heists in Wallingford, Branford, Southington, and Torrington, cops said.
The suspects remained in a taken vehicle that was associated with a crash with 2 Meriden cops investigators, authorities said.
As cops were processing the taken vehicle, they discovered a 7-week-old male kitten under the seat.
Police think the kitten was gotten someplace in between break-ins in Wallingford, Branford, Southington, and Torrington.
“We are hopeful someone recognizes our adorable feline friend and can help us reunite him with his owner,” Meriden cops said.
