SUNBURY — A Sunbury mom has been charged with endangering the welfare of kids and cruelty to animals after police found a useless canine and two headless cats in what police described as a grimy home.
Natalie Alexander, 27, was arraigned Wednesday on Sunbury police costs and dedicated to the Northumberland County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
The investigation, in line with the arrest affidavit, started Monday when Albert Snyder made an animal cruelty report. He associated his spouse Jennifer had been contacted by her 10-year-old granddaughter to choose her up for college.

Conditions of Alexander’s bail embody psychological well being and drug and alcohol evaluations.
