GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The Wisconsin Humane Society is taking care of 21 animals gave up from a single Brown County property.
Humane Society employees gathered the animals — 12 dogs, mainly little types, and 9 cats — from the property Wednesday early morning. They state the dogs were housed together in pens and will require treatment, behavioral assistance, and substantial grooming. The cats are afraid and worried around individuals.
Right now the Humane Society is holding them at the Green Bay school. Some will be sent to foster households for behavioral care or to recuperate from medical treatment. Some will be available for adoption earlier than others.
All of the animals will be purified or sterilized prior to they’re embraced.
The Wisconsin Humane Society is requesting for contributions to assist with the cost of veterinary care, surgical treatments, medication, grooming, food and materials. Financial contributions can be made online at https://wihumane.me/support21animals.
The Humane Society asks that if you understand somebody having a hard time to offer look after their animals, connect to a regional animal well-being organization, health department, or police for help. “Especially with a high number of animals, conditions can quickly spiral out of control, affecting not only the animals but the owners [and] their families,” a declaration checked out.
