Tom Gerrior had an unforeseen visitor throughout the recently of his life.

A friendly grey cat called Oscar began appearing at Gerrior’s door at Hospice Halifax this summertime. The house in the south end of the city offers end-of-life take care of individuals coping with terminal disease.
