According to police, the feline is described as between 20 to 30 kilos, and pictures supplied seem to indicate the cat is a combination of white and tannish-yellow colouring with black stripes and has pointed ears.

Officers with the Killaloe OPP detachment stated in a post on X  the feline has the power to attack mid-sized livestock and pets, so homeowners close to the Bonnechere Valley Township space are suggested to be cautious.

The company says they’ve a “poor quality of life” when stored as pets and, whereas they don’t seem to be a lot greater than a medium-sized canine, they preserve their wild instincts and “are cunning escape artists.”

Whether at home or in an enclosure setting, they are often tough to comprise and pose a threat each to their keepers, the general public, and native wildlife in the event that they escape.

The company provides that their security is in jeopardy when in captivity and escaped servals have died prior to now by being hit by automobiles or of hunger, primarily as a result of they by no means had the chance to discover ways to hunt.

Anyone who sees the animal is suggested to report it to police at 1-888-310-1122.
