The Fat Cat Brewery Company wishes to open in the previous Oliver’s Bar, in Unthank Road, after it closed previously this year.

According to a preparation application sent to Norwich City Council, the brand-new boozer would open from midday to midnight from Monday to Thursday, opening up until 1am on Saturday and closing at 11.30pm on Sunday.
The chain says it would set up a brand-new cooling system for its beer cellar as part of the works and include a brand-new cycle space.

The Fat Cat presently runs 3 city bars, the one which brings its name in West End Street, the Fat Cat and Canary in Thorpe Road and the Fat Cat Brewery Tap in Sprowston Road.
