VERONA, Wis. (WMTV) – 27 cats, made up of 18 kittens, 5 moms, and 4 juveniles, will quickly want perpetually home after being recovered by police in Sauk County.
On April fifth, Sauk Prairie Police Department and the Sauk County Drug Task Force officers carried out a search warrant within the 400 Block of Dallas St. within the Village of Sauk City, in accordance with the division.
There, officers discovered two weapons, unlawful medicine and 27 cats.
A 34-year-old man was taken into custody and faces expenses, the cats had been taken to the Sauk County Humane Society.
While on the Sauk County Humane Society, the cats got their preliminary vaccines and examined for testing for FeLV/FIV earlier than being taken to Angel Wish’s Pet Adoption and Resource Center in Verona.
