Milwaukee Record is operating in collaboration with Urban Cat Coalition—a regional organization that’s committed to developing a no kill neighborhood by humanely decreasing the cat population in the Milwaukee location through targeted trap-neuter-return (TNR)—to help discover caring houses for location cats.
