GB News host Michelle Dewberry has actually left audiences stunned after “identifying as a cat” in action to a teenager being identified “despicable” in a heated school row.

Dewberry included: “As much as I’m being silly with my fancy dress, this is a very serious story because what is going on in this world when children can be considered cats and be taken seriously at school?”

Her remarks followed a Church of England school instructor blasted a trainee as “despicable” for challenging another trainee who determines as a feline.

The 13-year-old student and her friend were knocked by their instructor at Rye College in East Sussex on Friday.

A trainee apparently asked a fellow schoolmate: “How can you identify as a cat when you’re a girl?”

Their instructor informed them they were being reported to a senior leader and were no longer invite at the school if they continued to express the view that just young boys and women exist.

During the recording of the hostile exchange, the instructor likewise said: “How dare you – you’ve just really upset someone” by “questioning their identity”.

The student reacted: “If they want to identify as a cat or something then they are genuinely unwell – crazy.”
