Los Angeles firemens reacted to a 1,096-square-foot residence on the 3500 block of South May Street at 2:22 a.m. that was completely swallowed up in flames, a department representative said.
Firefighters snuffed out the blaze in 22 minutes, and throughout a search of the property later, they discovered a male, female and cat, all deceased.
No other injuries or damages were reported.
