Alicia Manzo, a worker at Braum’s, said her colleague was on break in his car, when he observed something taking place in the lawn location behind him.
“From what I was informed, the guy had the bag, and he had like a stick or a baseball bat. And as soon as he put that bag down, he simply began wailing on it, like out of no place,” she said.
Manzo said her colleague didn’t believe anything of it, up until the bag began to move.
“Then he searches for once again, and sees the bag get up and start to move. And after calling the polices and all of that, he understood ‘Oh shoot, there’s a cat in the bag. Like he’s beating the cat,'” she said.
According to the cops report, when officers showed up, they discovered the cat in the bag covered in feces hardly breathing and stagnating. Police said the Rinehart declared the cat was struck by a vehicle when it leapt out of his car and followed his sweetheart after an argument.
Manzo said she continuously sees cops entering and out of the apartment building where the event took place.
“I simply want this location might be a little much better, like a little more secure. I got a kid, and i do not even feel safe simply walking at night time by myself, not to mention with her,” she said.
FOX 25 connected to Neel Veterinary Hospital along with OKC Animal Welfare to learn the cat’s condition or if the cat remains in their care however up until now have actually not received a reaction.
