A guy was jailed after cops state he seriously hurt a cat and assaulted a lady throughout a domestic occurrence in Harvard Monday early morning.
Storm R. Ince, 23, of Harvard, was charged with one count of worsened ruthlessness to animals and 2 counts of domestic battery.
The Harvard Police Department was called around 1:30 a.m. Monday to the 1400 block of Northfield Court in Harvard.
A criminal problem submitted in McHenry County Circuit Court declared Ince triggered physical damage to a female, who is a family or household member.
Ince struck the female with a closed fist on her head, legs and arms, the problem said. The female did not suffer severe injuries.
The problem likewise said Ince deliberately dedicated an act that triggered a buddy animal to be hurt.
Harvard Police Chief Tyson Bauman said the animal, a cat, was seriously hurt.
It is unidentified precisely what Ince utilized or did to trigger damage to the animal, Bauman said.
McHenry County Department of Health Community Information Coordinator Lindsey Salvatelli verified that McHenry County Animal Control reacted to the scene.
Animal control officers seized the cat, who is “not stable and care is ongoing,” Salvatelli said.
Officers jailed Ince and transferred him to the McHenry County Jail.
McHenry County Judge Kevin Costello bought Ince hung on a $15,000 bond throughout a court hearing Monday.
Costello likewise bought pre-trial services to carry out a domestic violence danger evaluation for Ince.
A status of initial hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
