DEHRADUN: A 22-year-old man was booked for allegedly participating in an “unnatural act” together with his landlady’s pet act within the Cantonment space in Uttarakhand’s capital Dehradun on Saturday night, police mentioned on Sunday.
The accused lived as a tenant with three associates on the complainant’s home.
Sub-inspector Pankaj Tiwari, who’s investigating the case, mentioned that based on the criticism, the accused dedicated the crime in his room.
“On Saturday, the person, who works with a agency within the metropolis, did not go to work. He requested her to maintain one among her 4 cats in his room to play. She agreed however when she went to deliver the cat again within the afternoon, she noticed him participating in an unnatural act with the animal. He threw the cat away and did not say something when she confronted him,” mentioned Tiwari.
The police officer added, “Shocked by the scene, she lodged a criticism in opposition to him and he was then booked underneath part 377 of the IPC and different related sections of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. A probe is on.”
