Gates, N.Y. — The proprietor of the home the place greater than 200 cats have been rescued over the summer season has pleaded responsible to property code violations.
Town officers in Gates inform us Roy Belke admitted that he failed to supply rubbish assortment and that his home was unfit to dwell in.
This comes after the city inspected his home after a involved neighbor despatched in a grievance over the situations.
