A Frackville male charged with sexually attacking a dog in Minersville now deals with charges of shooting a kitten in West Penn Area.
Andrew Allen Lengle, 28, was charged by West Penn Area Law Enforcement Officer Kai B. Apel with ruthlessness to animals.
On July 20, cops were called by a municipality resident concerning a hurt kitten.
The kitten was discovered in a barn in rough shape. According to a vet, the kitten had numerous BB’s within its spinal column, rendering it paralyzed.
According to the owner of the kitten, Lengle was operating in their barn previously that day. His BB weapon was discovered in the barn.
Lengle deals with an initial hearing at 9:15 a.m. Dec. 20 prior to District Judge Andrew J. Serina of Orwigsburg.
Lengle likewise deals with Commonwealth Court on charges of sexual relations with animal and ruthlessness to animals. The charges were submitted by Minersville Authorities on July 22.
