KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 3 — Local NGO Malaysia Animal Association (MAA) is providing a financial reward for these with proof and knowledge following a recent animal cruelty case in Gombak.
This is after a submit on X (previously often known as Twitter) by consumer izzat_bashir confirmed a kitten doused in white paint. It has been circulating on social media over the weekend.

Following the submit, MAA has taken to Facebook to supply a RM3,000 reward to anybody with data and clear proof of the perpetrator.
