Nov. 2 (UPI) — A Connecticut utility employee doing upkeep in a high-voltage space ended up rescuing a quartet of kittens at risk of electrocution.
Branden Collins, a lineman for Eversource, mentioned he was working in an space with energized traces and transformers in Stamford when he noticed the 4 kittens.

“With the energized wire and the vitality from the transformers, it was the worst doable space that they may very well be in,” Collins mentioned in a video launched by Eversource.
Collins labored with Stamford police and animal management to securely extract the kittens from the harmful space and have them taken to nonprofit rescue Animal National.
The kittens, three of which have been handled for burn wounds, have been dubbed Amp, Watt, Zolt and Ever.
