A Latham man has been indicted for allegedly injuring a kitten again in April.
Preston Wido, 36, allegedly precipitated substantial accidents to a 2-month-old kitten named “Kit” in Lansingburgh.
The cat had a concussion, dislocated jaw, fractured pelvis and a part of the appropriate ear was caught with a pointy object.
Wido was charged with two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals.
He was additionally indicted on different expenses unrelated to the kitten case together with first-degree rape, strangulation, felony obstruction of respiration, felony mischief and theft.
When contacted for remark, the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office mentioned they weren’t offering any particulars at this level on the opposite expenses.
Wido pleaded not responsible to all counts in Rensselaer County Court on Friday and was despatched to Rensselaer County Jail on $75,000 bail.
