A girl was attacked and knocked out close to a York pub – and now the search is on to search out her cat which fled from the scene.
Lisa Williams, 57, was out within the early hours this morning (New Year’s Day / Monday) along with her cat, Mr Bo Jangles, in her pet backpack.
She was on Haxby Road when she got here throughout an altercation close to the Punch Bowl pub between a lady drinker and a member of employees.
Daughter Mercedes Gamble mentioned her mum tried to intervene to calm the state of affairs – however was knocked to the ground and kicked.
Lisa misplaced consciousness. When she got here spherical she realised her cat, Mr Bo Jangles, had fled the scene and has not been seen since.
