Kylie Jenner‘s latest look seemed to borrow inspiration from her older sister.
Yesterday, the makeup mogul embarked on a night out in Beverly Hills while looking glamorous in an all-black outfit. She wore a sultry see-through slip dress embroidered with floral lace details all over, which showed off her black bra and underwear underneath. She stayed warm by layering up in a roomy leather biker jacket by David Koma. Other accessories included a black mini handbag and silver hoop earrings.
Capping off the ensemble, Kylie also opted for the favored shoe style of her older sister, Kendall Jenner: the kitten heel. The Kylie Cosmetics founder wore a black pointed toe iteration, which featured a bow and white embellishments.
As for glam, Kylie slicked her hair up into a high bun and made a bold statement with a bright red lip.
Kendall is a known champion of the controversial shoe trend, with kitten heels often figuring in her street style appearances.
For instance, this past summer, the model stepped out in Los Angeles while wearing an ivory white pair of kitten heels that resembled ballet flats. Ever the minimalist, she styled the shoes simply with a salmon-colored cropped cardigan from Miaou, a black leather shoulder bag from The Row, skinny rectangular sunglasses, and a black belt.
Though the Jenner sisters clearly have an affinity for the mini heel, their older sister, Kim Kardashian, isn’t as fond.
“Ah, a kitten heel. No, I just—I can’t. I can’t,” she told Harper’s BAZAAR back in 2019. “I do fight with Kendall over this ’cause she’s so tall and she looks so good in a kitten heel. But, not for me.”
