Cymande Ford got a call from the director of Angel’s Haven Daycare on Feb. 9 around 11 a.m. The director informed Ford that she required to get to the school instantly since her child Harley has actually been hurt.

“I see Harley’s face, and it looks like she’s been mauled by a cat, so I start screaming, I’m crying, I dropped my purse, and I ask what happened,” Ford explained. “I took Harley, and I’m just asking the school’s director what happened.”

Ford said the director informed her that her child had actually remained in a tussle with another 1-year-old at the daycare.

“Seven bites up one arm. She has a couple bites up the other arm. She has pants on, but the 1-year-old has bitten through her pants on both legs,” Ford said. “You can see the teeth marks. They’re clear and visible.”

The director and her child, who operates at the school, accompanied Ford to the medical facility. When the physician began to ask concerns about the event, the child revealed another stunning piece of the story.

The nurse asked, “So, what time did this happen?”

Ford responded, “11 o’clock’ because that’s the time they called me.”

The director’s child inserted, “Oh no, it happened a little bit before 8 a.m.”

This made Ford question the daycare some more after they waited 3 hours to let her understand that her child was hurt.

“It was hard enough for me to send my child to day care because I’m a business owner. This is just crazy for this to be happening on her third day after something that I already fought myself with so much,” Ford said.

Ford is the little business owner of the Ugly Betty Boy Crush precious jewelry shop situated in Metairie, Louisiana. She said that the daycare was advised to her and it is just 14 minutes far from her shop.

Ford wasn’t provided a description on why it took so long for the daycare to let her understand that her kid was hurt. There were likewise no noticeable injuries on the other kid presumably associated with the event.

A report was submitted with the New Orleans Police Department. The Department of Children and Family Services is examining the event.

Media outlets have actually attempted to connect to the director of the daycare to explain the event, however the director said “no” and hung up.
