A 26-year-old Illinois man has been charged with a felony for allegedly killing a Kenosha lady’s cat.

Eric G. Bensen, of Wauconda, was charged Friday in Kenosha County Circuit Court with mistreatment of an animal inflicting dying, a Class I felony.
