This vacation season, Hellboy is taking a visit to Iceland to fulfill one of many island nation’s most eccentric and attention-grabbing legendary figures, the Yule Cat. The story will happen in 2023’s aptly named Hellboy Winter Special: The Yule Cat, which carries on Dark Horse Comics’ custom of releasing a brand new Hellboy particular each vacation season.
Hellboy Winter Special: The Yule Cat might be written and drawn by Barbarian Lord creator Matt Smith together with colorist Chris O’Halloran and letterer Clem Robins. In the story, Hellboy travels to Iceland for the primary time in his historical past to analyze the mysterious disappearances of youngsters within the metropolis of Reykjavic.
