Tiny kitten Bee has actually discovered a permanently home after her life was saved by a quick-thinking rescuer who put the lifeless newborn in her bra to keep her warm.
Bee was found abandoned and freezing cold by a kind member of the general public, who connected with Freshfields Animal Rescue to request help.
“They had just returned from a weekend away and found her outside in the front garden of their house in Ainsdale,” a member of the cattery group explained. “When they called Freshfields and requested recommendations, we understood she didn’t have long left, so we informed them to bring this inadequately kitten instantly to the rescue.
“Little Bee was stone cold when she was confessed and a quick-thinking member of the group popped lifeless Bee in her bra then took her straight to the closest veterinarians to be dealt with there.
“We’re particular that what this team member did and the immediate journey to the veterinarians where she was provided a medical examination and fluids eventually saved little Bee’s life.
“Bee could have only been a week old when this ordeal happened to her, and we don’t know why or how she was found on her own in that situation, but what we do know that Bee was given the best opportunity to survive when she was brought to us.”
After being saved, Bee was taken in by among Freshfields fosterers where her character truly started to establish.
“She was surrounded with so much love and affection in her foster home that she was able to shine and flourish into the little character she is today.”
That was simply the start of things searching for for Bee because, at 9 weeks old, she was found by her adopters who couldn’t withstand providing her a 2nd possibility.
Dave Woodward check out her bra rescue and chose Bee was the kitten he was trying to find as a buddy for his older cat Margot.
Physiotherapist Dave, who operates at the Walton Centre, was initially presented to Bee by a friend who saw Freshfields social post about her.
“I had two cats and one of them sadly passed away last year so we were looking for an extra one to bring home,” says Dave.
“I was in fact on a night out with my partner when among our buddies sent me a link to Freshfields and their post about Bee on their page.
“We sent a query immediately, followed it up the next early morning and after that a week later on we went and fulfilled her.
“Freshfields are really amazing with their animals and full credit to them and the foster team because she was just so boisterous and full of energy, she had no signs of what she’d been through.”
Since relocating with Dave and his partner in St Helens, Bee has actually been relabelled Bea – brief for Beatrice – and has actually fitted completely into her brand-new home.
“She’s been with us a week and she’s absolutely fine. She didn’t have the best start in life, but to see her now you would never know what had happened to her.”
The Freshfields group couldn’t be better to understand that the little kitten who so directly left death is thriving at last.
“We are absolutely thrilled to bits that our miracle kitten has now been rehomed and is about to enjoy her best life with her amazing new adopters.”
