Four households in Brownsville have been left with no home after a fireplace broke out at their building on Chester Street on Thursday afternoon. Katie Brown, who lives within the residence the place the fireplace began, says she was on the sofa together with her 5-month-old child, when her older son walked out of the room the place he was napping.
