PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — A Floyd County man arrested for animal cruelty final week reportedly made it straightforward for police to make a case towards him.
Robert Shepherd, 30, of East Point, allegedly picked up a cat and threw it throughout the room again on Nov. 18. The case was straightforward to crack, as a result of the cat was thrown at a safety digital camera, which was recording on the time.

He is now charged with second-degree cruelty to animals, which is a misdemeanor.
