Fire crews rescue household of kittens from Millcreek residence fireplace

MILLCREEK, Utah (KUTV) —
Firefighters rescued a litter of kittens trapped in a smoke-filled residence Monday afternoon.
Officials of Unified Fire Authority reported that crews responded to a toilet fan fireplace in Millcreek someday earlier than 1 p.m. on Nov. 13.
While working to place out the flames, firefighters had been notified that a number of kittens had been nonetheless caught within the residence that was billowing with smoke.
Units instantly took motion and shortly rescued the entire kittens and carried them exterior to the recent air.
Officials reported that the entire kittens had been safely returned to the proprietor and that fireside harm was restricted.
South Salt Lake Fir Department assisted on this response.
