“People often want expensive cats with ‘pedigree’. They call us up asking for different breeds. Some even approach us for breeding purposes. We need to weed out such cases before we allow adoption. Through the campaign we are trying to convey the benefits of adoption and housing an adult cat,” said Jeena, including that just 3 individuals have actually reacted for promoting up until now.
