The café, situated on Parsonage Street, has a room with cats where individuals can come over to state meow.
The café can be discovered at the back of Steve Morris’ First Class All Sorts shop.
Steve said: “You can bring in your own cat, but they need to be neutered and preferably an indoor cat.”
Steve’s partner Caroline has 6 cats and generated 3 of her pack on the opening day, today, Friday.
“My ideal job was to work with animals, so this is just perfect,” said Caroline.
“Cats are very therapeutic and we have grooming stuff and toys, so people are welcome to brush them,” included Caroline.
The cat café is open from 10am – 5pm. Entry to see the cats expenses £4 for grownups and £2 for kids, this will consist of totally free beverage and a treat.
