Doja Cat provided among the most unique appearances of her profession when she participated in the Schiaparelli Haute Couture Spring Summer 2023 reveal throughout Paris Fashion Week previously this year, and she did so while ill.

Speaking to The Official, like explained that she had actually immediately consented to the concept when it was pitched to her, however it was a difficulty.
“I didn’t realize I had to get up at four in the morning [the day of the show] to get there by five or something,” she confessed. “So we get there, and I didn’t realize till I sat down in the chair that I had gastroenteritis. So I had gotten super ill.”

“The whole crew was so sweet. The whole glam team was so understanding and so sensitive and kind. It was great and very professional. I was trying to joke around and make light of the situation, but as time progressed, it only got worse,” she remembered.
like continued, stating, “My stomach felt like there was a blade in it, and it was just spinning 100 miles per hour. I never felt pain worse than that—and on one of the most important days of my life! So it was full of emotions and just crazy feelings.”
Pat assisted by getting her some ginger ale to settle her stomach, and like remained calm as she was swarmed by a glam group who covered her in red paint and shine prior to gluing the private crystals to her body.
“I’m very, very proud of it,” she said about the appearance, including that she was “down to sacrifice my comfort” for the sale of attaining a concept in her head.
