Discovery of maimed kitten results in resuce of 38 extra animals from deplorable situations in Coatesville

A Coatesville resident is dealing with a slew of costs in reference to what the Brandywine Valley SPCA is asking a heinous case of animal abuse and neglect.

It all began once they bought a name for assist for a stray canine and somebody approached them with a tiny maimed kitten, asking for assist.
