GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said deputies are examining after a kitten was apparently left on the side of a Greenville County Road previously today.

The event started when a resident living on Rison Road saw somebody come over and discard garbage at a close-by area of New Easley Highway. The citizen said he went to get the garbage, where he discovered a live kitten inside among packages discarded.

The individual said he reported the scenario to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office and discovered somebody to take in the kitten.

In 2022, a dog was left along the very same roadway in Greenville County.

The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office validated that deputies are examining the scenario. We will update this story as authorities provide brand-new information.
