A cat who survived a home hearth in Surrey is inspiring generosity and uniting a neighborhood.
The BC SPCA says the eight-year-old cat now generally known as Phoenix got here into its care final week, prompting two nameless donors to step ahead to assist fund the feline’s remedy.
