RUFFS DALE, Pa. — A Westmoreland County cat rescue is using a benefit for details that results in an arrest after a cat was discovered “intentionally” burned Wednesday night.
Frankie’s Friends Cat Rescue said the cat was discovered in the driveway of somebody’s home in Ruffs Dale. A lady drove to the home, got the cat, and after that met a group from Frankie’s to turn over the cat.
“Sadly, we believe this cat was burned intentionally and we are pleading for anyone with information to please contact us,” the rescue composed on their Facebook post. “We are offering a reward in an attempt to get this poor baby justice. We have faith that with love and care that he can and will overcome this.”
The rescue said the cat has actually been provided all essential medications to aid with infection and discomfort control.
The cat is said to have actually singed fur covered in soot, and his paw pads are likewise burned.
