BRAND-NEW KENSINGTON, Pa. — Earlier today, a lady dropped off a cat in distress at the center at Frankie’s Friends Cat Rescue in New Kensington. Immediately, volunteers understood something was really incorrect. “Unless he can grow thumbs and twist it on himself…this wasn’t an accident,” McCurry said.
Sparky has the ability to hobble around the center as employee attempt to make him comfy. They said sparky was discovered in a trailer park in Sarver and have actually seen cases like this prior to.
