An unsupervised cat delighted his proprietor with an uncharacteristically virtuosic piano solo.
An unsuspecting proprietor was amazed by her cat who, when left unattended on a piano stool, started to play a surprisingly tuneful melody.
The cat, named Goose, took full benefit of the unsupervised second by taking to the 88 keys to carry out his Piano Piece for Four Paws.
With his tail waving expressively as he performed, Goose’s solo kicked off with an experimental sequence of crunchy chords, with a transparent affect from Eric Whitacre.
A couple of variations on this unique theme adopted, and Goose left a tasteful and considerate pause earlier than throwing in a bluesy triplet. That cat positive can play…

Goose’s transferring composition ended with a four-pawed descent to the decrease register of the piano, ending in a barely tentative dismount.
The pawed pianist’s proprietor, Rebecca, was clearly impressed by her pet’s virtuosity, captioning the video: ‘My son, Goose. A child prodigy.’
The remark part agreed, with customers commenting, “get this cat in lessons immediately”, and, “I feel like I’m at a jazz club, definitely a prodigy.”
It would appear that this was not Goose’s first foray into the artwork of piano taking part in. Rebecca had beforehand posted a video of a sweet duet between the 2 of them, as she performed some chords whereas Goose improvised a bass line.
All we will say is: we’re impressed, and hope Goose is signed to a document deal very quickly.
